How we price

Junk removal has an earned reputation problem: a friendly number on the phone, a truck in the driveway, then a conversation about “dump fees” once half your garage is already loaded. By then you have no leverage.

We do it the other way around. You get an upfront estimate from photos before anyone drives out. Disposal fees are inside the number. Nothing is loaded until you've seen the final figure on-site and said yes — and if the job turns out bigger than expected, you hear it in the first five minutes rather than at the end.

Where things go

Donation first, always. Furniture, tools, bikes, sporting goods and working appliances in usable condition go to a local donation partner before anything heads to disposal. We handle the drop-off; it costs you nothing and keeps real volume out of a landfill with a finite amount of room left.

What can't be donated goes to a licensed transfer or recycling facility. We're happy to tell you exactly where your load went — that's a question worth asking any hauler, and the ones who hesitate are the ones to skip.

And if something has genuine resale value, we may offer to buy it from you rather than haul it away. That's better for you than watching it go on a truck, and honestly it's better for us too.
