Prices published on this site are estimates based on standard residential loads within our service area. Your binding price is the written figure we give you on-site after inspecting the actual job, which you approve before any work begins. Online and telephone estimates are not binding until confirmed on-site.
Pricing is based on volume (the fraction of our truck your load occupies) except for heavy debris — concrete, tile, brick, dirt, roofing — which is priced by weight. Facility fees for refrigerant-bearing appliances, mattresses, and tires are itemized and passed through.
A booking deposit reserves your service window and is credited in full toward your job total. The balance is due upon completion, payable by credit card, debit card, or cash. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Unpaid balances may be referred for collection after 30 days.
We cannot transport hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to: liquid paint, solvents, adhesives, motor oil, gasoline and fuels, pesticides and herbicides, pool chemicals, propane and compressed gas cylinders, batteries in bulk, ammunition and explosives, asbestos-containing material, radioactive material, and medical, biological, or sharps waste. We may also decline items presenting an unreasonable safety risk, or any load we reasonably believe to be stolen or subject to a dispute.
If prohibited items are discovered mid-job, we will separate them, leave them on the property, and continue with the remainder.
We take reasonable care in removing items. If your HOA, property manager or general contractor requires vendor documentation before we come through the gate, tell us when you request your estimate and we'll provide what we can. Claims for damage must be reported before our crew leaves the property, or in writing within 7 days of service. We are not liable for: pre-existing damage; damage arising from structural conditions not disclosed to us; cosmetic marks from removing wall-anchored shelving, cabinets, or racks (anchor holes and paint disturbance are an expected consequence of removal); or damage to items already designated for disposal.
We are a hauling service, not an appraiser or estate buyer. We do not evaluate, purchase, or assume ownership of items with resale value. If you believe something has value, remove it or have it appraised before we arrive. We are not liable for the value of items you directed us to remove.
Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, disposal-facility queues, and preceding jobs can shift them; we will contact you if your window changes materially. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from a delayed or rescheduled visit.
Items in usable condition may be routed to donation partners at our discretion; the remainder goes to licensed transfer, recycling, or disposal facilities. Title to all removed items transfers to us upon loading, and we may donate, recycle, resell, or dispose of them as we see fit. We can provide a summary of disposition on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date you book governs your job. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
