Frequently asked questions

Estimates, sorting, organization, buyback, pricing, deposits and what we can and can't take.

How do I get a price?

Text 3–5 photos of your garage to (954) 663-9372 and tell us what you'd like accomplished. We'll recommend the right service and send an upfront estimate, usually within the hour during business hours. It's free, there's no deposit, and nobody will call you to 'discuss options.'

Do I have to pay before I get an estimate?

No, and you shouldn't pay any hauler before they've looked at the job. The estimate comes first. Only after you've accepted it may we ask for an $89 reservation deposit to hold your appointment, and that deposit is applied toward your final balance.

What's the difference between you and a junk removal company?

A junk hauler moves what you've already decided about. We help you decide. On a Garage Reset or Complete Garage Transformation we work through the garage with you, sorting into KEEP, DONATE and REMOVE, then organize what stays. If you already know exactly what's going, a hauler may genuinely be all you need.

Do you organize, or just remove?

Both, depending on the service. Light organization of what stays is included in the Garage Reset. Fuller organization — like with like, heavy and frequently used at waist height, seasonal up high, hurricane supplies together and reachable — comes with the Complete Garage Transformation.

Will you make me throw things away?

No. You stay in control of what stays and what goes, on every single item. Our job is to keep the process moving and to carry things, not to overrule you about your own belongings.

Can you actually buy some of my items?

Sometimes. We may offer to purchase select quality items — tools, lawn equipment, bicycles, fitness equipment, garage storage systems, select furniture and similar. Offers depend on condition, demand, resale value and our current inventory needs, so not everything qualifies and no offer is guaranteed. Point anything promising out in your photos and we'll tell you honestly.

Is $549 what every two-car garage costs?

No. The Garage Reset is sized for a moderately cluttered one- or two-car garage — roughly half a truckload and up to three hours of service. A garage packed to the rafters, or one needing deep sorting and full organization, is a Complete Garage Transformation starting at $899. Your photos tell us which one applies.

What if the job turns out bigger than the estimate?

You hear about it in the first five minutes, before anything is loaded. We show you the revised number and you approve it or decline it. Decline and we refund the deposit and leave. We never start a job and then renegotiate the price mid-load.

What can't you take?

Paint, Chemicals, Fuel, Propane tanks, Hazardous materials, Medical waste, Large quantities of construction debris, Tires, Extremely heavy commercial equipment and other regulated materials are not automatically included in standard pricing. Some carry an additional fee, some require a specialty disposal provider, and some we can't accept at all. Tell us about them when you request your estimate. Full list here.

Do you handle hazardous materials?

No, not as a general service. Paint, solvents, fuel, pesticides, pool chemicals and propane cylinders go through household hazardous waste collection rather than a hauling truck. We'll separate them during the walkthrough and point you to the right drop-off, but we can't carry them.

Can you take an old refrigerator or air conditioner?

Yes. Refrigerant has to be recovered by a certified technician before those units can be disposed of legally, so there's a $45 pass-through fee per unit. It's itemized in your estimate, not sprung on you in the driveway.

Do I have to be home?

For the sorting and the price approval, yes — or at least reachable by phone. Once you've approved the total and shown us what stays, you can leave. We text photos of the finished garage when we're done.

How fast can you come out?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available in Cooper City and Southwest Ranches. Sending photos early in the day is the fastest route to a same-day slot.

What happens to what leaves?

Donation first. Usable furniture, tools, bikes, sporting goods and working appliances go to a local donation partner before anything heads to disposal, and we handle the drop-off. The rest goes to a licensed transfer or recycling facility.

Can you work in a gated community or HOA?

Yes. Several Cooper City and Southwest Ranches communities require advance notice, a vendor certificate of insurance, or restricted work hours. Tell us your community when you request your estimate and we'll handle the gate list and paperwork.

How do I pay the balance?

Card, tap-to-pay or cash once the job is finished and you've walked the garage. We don't require full prepayment.

Do you clean the garage floor?

We broom-sweep the slab. We don't pressure wash, degrease or coat floors — that's a different trade and you'd want a specialist.

How do I claim the new-client special?

Mention it when you request your estimate. $50 off your first Garage Reset, available to first-time customers.

Didn't find it?

Text or call (954) 663-9372 and ask. You'll get a person, not a phone tree, and nobody will try to close you on the call.
