Four steps, one visit, and a price you see before anything moves.
Text 3–5 photos of your garage to (954) 663-9372 and tell us what you want accomplished.
We review the garage and recommend the service that best fits the project. You get an upfront price before anyone drives out.
Our crew helps sort, declutter, organize, donate and remove unwanted items based on the service selected.
You walk into a cleaner, more functional garage without sacrificing your weekend to get there.
Most junk removal is a pickup: there's a pile, it goes on a truck, everyone's done in twenty minutes. A garage cleanout is different work, because the pile doesn't exist yet. Somebody has to make it.
We start by walking the garage with you and working through it in sections rather than all at once. Things go into three groups: KEEP, DONATE, REMOVE. You make every call. Our job is to keep the process moving and to be the person who says “you haven't used that in nine years” without it turning into an argument.
Once the decisions are made, we do the carrying. Shelving comes down if it's going. Cabinets come off the wall. You don't lift anything — that's not politeness, it's how the job goes faster and how nobody gets hurt.
What stays gets put back in a way that works. Like with like, heavy and frequently used at waist height, seasonal up high, hurricane supplies together and reachable. Light organization is included with the Garage Reset; fuller organization comes with the Complete Garage Transformation.
Usable furniture, tools, bikes, sporting goods and working appliances go to a local donation partner before anything heads to disposal. We handle the drop-off. It costs you nothing extra and it keeps real volume out of the landfill.
Everything else goes to a licensed transfer or recycling facility. Standard disposal fees are already inside your price — there is no separate “dump fee” conversation at the end.
If something in the REMOVE pile is worth money, we may offer to buy it from you rather than haul it away. Offers depend on condition, demand and what we need. Not everything qualifies, and no offer is guaranteed — but it's worth pointing things out.
Very little, and less than you'd think:
What you should not do: bag things up, break down furniture, drag anything to the curb, or pre-clean. All of that is either our job or wasted effort.
Three to five. Stand in the doorway and shoot straight ahead, hard left, and hard right. If there's a loft, an attic hatch, or a shed involved, add one of each — those are the things a doorway photo can't show and the most common reason an estimate has to be revised.
Usually within the hour during business hours. If your photos are ambiguous we'll say so and give you a range rather than a falsely precise number.
It's an upfront estimate based on what we can see. The binding number is the one we give you on-site after looking at the actual garage, and you approve that before anything is moved.
Only after you've accepted the estimate. A reservation deposit may be required to hold your appointment, and it's applied toward your final balance. You never pay before you have a price.
Text three photos and tell us what you want accomplished. That's the whole ask.
