This is an additional service. Our core work is garage cleanouts, decluttering and organization in Cooper City and Southwest Ranches. We take this work on for local customers, and it is priced the same honest way — but if the garage is the real problem, start there.
Renovation debris has a way of outliving the renovation. The contractor finishes, the final invoice gets paid, and a pile of old cabinets, torn-out tile, and drywall offcuts sits in the garage or the side yard for another two months because nobody's job it was.
That's the call we take. Post-project cleanup for homeowners, and overflow hauling for contractors who don't want to tie up a dumpster permit for a two-day job.
Everything else we do is priced by volume — how much of the truck you fill. Construction debris is priced by weight, because a truck can hit its legal axle limit while it still looks half empty. Four hundred square feet of tile weighs more than a garage full of boxes and takes up a fraction of the space.
Disposal facilities charge us by the ton for this material, and the rate differs by type. So these jobs get quoted on-site or from photos rather than sold as a package. It's less convenient. It's also the only honest way to do it — a company that quotes heavy debris at a volume rate is either about to raise the price on you or about to lose money and take it out on the service.

Asbestos-containing material is the big one. Popcorn ceilings, older floor tile and mastic, some pipe insulation, and certain roofing materials in Florida homes built before the early 1980s can contain it. Asbestos requires a licensed abatement contractor and a specific disposal chain — not a hauling truck. If there's any doubt about what you tore out, stop and have it tested before anyone moves it.
We also can't take wet paint, solvents, adhesives, treated-wood ash, or fuel. Dried latex paint in a hardened can is generally fine; liquid is not.

Photos matter more here than on any other service we offer, because weight is invisible in a description. Take pictures of the pile from two angles, and if you know roughly how many square feet of tile or drywall came out, tell us — that alone usually gets the quote within ten percent.
Yes. Cabinets are light enough for volume pricing, so a standard kitchen's worth is usually a quarter to a half truck. Stone countertops shift the job to weight pricing.
For a small job, almost always — you skip the permit, the driveway damage, and the days of rental. For a long multi-week renovation, a dumpster usually wins. We'll tell you which one your job is.
We don't, and that's part of the value. A roll-off dumpster placed on a Cooper City street or swale typically requires a permit from the city. A truck that loads and leaves the same day does not.
