Junk Removal Service

One item or a full truckload. You point at it, we carry it out, and the price is set before anything moves.

This is an additional service. Our core work is garage cleanouts, decluttering and organization in Cooper City and Southwest Ranches. We take this work on for local customers, and it is priced the same honest way — but if the garage is the real problem, start there.

Junk removal, priced the way it should be

Junk removal is the simpler cousin of a garage cleanout: there's already a pile, or a couch, or a shed full of things, and it needs to be gone. No sorting decisions, no shelving to dismantle — just haul it.

The pricing works the same way. You're buying a fraction of a truck bed. A standard dump-body truck holds roughly 450 cubic feet, and the industry prices in quarters. If a company won't tell you what fraction you're buying, you have no way to compare their quote to anyone else's, which is usually the point.

Where we haul from

You do none of the lifting

This is worth saying because a few operators in this market quote a "curbside" rate and then charge more to actually come inside and get it. We don't have a curbside rate. Wherever the item is — back bedroom, second floor, behind the shed — we go get it. Long carries over about 75 feet and second-floor walk-ups add labor time and get quoted on-site, but they're quoted before we start, not after.

Where the load goes

Donation first. Furniture, tools, bikes, sporting goods, and working appliances in usable condition go to a local donation partner before the remainder goes to a licensed transfer station. It costs you nothing extra and it keeps real volume out of the landfill.

We'll tell you exactly where your load ended up if you ask. That question is the single best filter for choosing a hauler in South Florida — an operator without a disposal account has to put your water heater somewhere, and it won't be a facility.

Heavy debris is different. Concrete, tile, brick, dirt, and roofing are priced by weight rather than volume, because a truck can hit its legal axle limit while it still looks half empty. Those jobs get quoted separately — see construction debris removal.

Common questions

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, $125 for a single item and $165 for a minimum load. Below that the truck, fuel, crew, and disposal fees cost us more than the job brings in, and we'd rather say so than pad a bigger quote to cover it.

Can you come the same day?

Usually, in Cooper City and the immediately surrounding cities. Booking online with the deposit gets you a confirmed window right away instead of waiting for a callback.

Do you take electronics and TVs?

Yes. Electronics go to an e-waste recycler rather than the landfill, and there's no extra charge for it.

What about yard waste?

Yes — branches, palm fronds, bagged clippings, and old sod all ride in a normal load. Large tree removal debris is heavy enough to be quoted separately.

Will you take just one item?

Yes, $125. It's the same truck and the same two people, so the minimum reflects that rather than the size of what you're throwing out.
